Boodles, founded in 1798, is Britain’s leading retailer of luxury, bespoke diamond jewellery, but inconsistent and inappropriate music was disrupting the customer experience.

Music Concierge conducted store visits to understand how the atmosphere could be enhanced, and how the sound of Boodles could be made more distinctive.

The outcome was a music concept that subtly displays the brand’s British heritage, conveys an air of modern elegance and encourages longer and more focused browsing.
