Restaurateur Alan Yau’s Busaba Eatthai is a modern, relaxed Thai eatery with a fuss-free attitude and a philosophy of Buddhist serenity.

Having never used music before, some restaurants needed to boost their atmosphere during the day – notably at the start and end of dinner service when there were fewer covers present. Music Concierge created a concept for the group’s Chelsea restaurant and new openings in Shoreditch, Kingston and Dubai that is contemporary, sensual and unfussy.
