Unique music concepts were created for the restaurants and bars, sympathetic to each room’s legacy and design, alongside music for stand-alone patisserie Melba and a new twist on the sound for afternoon tea in the Thames Foyer, reinvigorating the atmosphere and significantly boosting customer dwell time.
